Smoothie Formula

Renee Woodruff

This is an excellent reference for any new or seasoned smoothie makers out there. I print things like this and hang them on the inside of my kitchen cabinets for easy access and inspiration. I stumbled upon this formula on Pinterest, which serves as a great discovery tool if you're looking for ways to mix up the ingredients you put in your smoothies.

How to Store Healthy Ingredients

Renee Woodruff

Remember one of the very first blogs I posted about Smoothie Ingredients to keep on hand? Well, some of you were wondering how I store all of this healthy goodness in some sort of respectable fashion in our teeny tiny Brooklyn kitchen.

Let's just say, the mason jar is my best friend. I could dedicate an entire post to the many uses for mason jars (hey, maybe I will...) but all you need are mason jars, these cool plastic lids, paper tape and a sharpie.

I'm not big into DIY but this is a project we can all do. Have fun with it, use different color tapes to spice up your fridge! This is what your final product will look like.

Smoothie Ingredients To Keep on Hand

Renee Woodruff

This blog is dedicated to my brother, Ben for his recent curiosity of my Vitamix obsession. Below is the email I sent to him with ingredients I'd suggest keeping on hand to whip up a smoothie as a meal replacement or snack, especially when you're in a pinch or need a healthy fulfilling quick fix. The ingredients are all kitchen-categorized and alphabetized in true sisterly fashion. For anyone into grocery lists, I hope this makes your life a little easier. You can also shop these items directly from this website. Countless smoothie recipes to come!
